Exceptional Nigeria is an entity and a family brand that has an identity separated from the norm. It a youth and family movement under the leadership of Oluwarotimi Emmanuel. This movement is created to open the mind of many in this generation to discover their gifts, talents and unleash their latent power and possibilities thereby living their exceptional life.
Vision Statement
Is to make Nigerian‘s think more of their involvement than depending solely on the government; that is, until we get involved the puzzle of this time won‘t be solved.
Mission Statement
Is to stir up the virtues within thereby, serving God and our fatherland; that is, serving God and humanity in honesty of heart.
The Structure
Exceptional Nigeria‘ is an entity, 'Family Brand' is the 'Government' and the 'Structure' is #OneManOneWomanOneBigFamily; this structure determines the strength, growth, stability of the entity. Our goal Our goal is to make a difference in our immediate environment by our involvement, thereby bringing improvement to the government for the betterment of Exceptional Nigeria
Our Potential Operation
Seminars and Conferences: With the aim of teaching and speaking on how to learn to profit from the past, to invest in the future, our education and orientation for the task ahead.
Resource centre: Where people can get information from books, cds and any other platform to achieve this purpose.
Community project: making different in our immediate environment.
Events: talents and gift display oriented events and any nation building projects
Our goal: Our goal is to make a difference in our immediate environment by our involvement, thereby bringing improvement to the government for the betterment of Exceptional Nigeria.
BRIEF STORY OF EXCEPTIONAL NIGERIA: as conceived by Oluwarotimi Emmanuel
It all started on Thursday October 1st 2015, which happens to be Nigeria independent day celebration. I was watching the documentary of how Nigeria gained independence and I saw joy, peace, unity and plenty of love in the air until the documentary got to the part I guess brought us here; killing of each, coupe planning, bad leadership, selfishness and many more.
Then what went wrong? Why will a land with so much resource still wallow in lack? I questioned and just thought about it for a while and let it go as usual, until the following day something stirred up in my spirit, that I started to ask myself ‘how can I serve Nigeria as a Nigerian?’ I invested the next few days tasking my mind, meditating, and doing some research so as to know how to carry it out.
THE NAME EXCEPTIONAL NIGERIA
‘Who are the people to build Nigeria?’ I questioned. ‘The Exceptional’ was what came to mind. I questioned myself further as I asked, “Who are these Exceptional People? And this was impressed on my heart; “They are ordinary people with virtues that makes them extraordinary”. Yes! I voiced out! We want independent but we need intelligent people, not because they are perfect but because they are people who are able and willing to learn and understand situations. Above all they are people who are willing to fear God, obey God’s law by serving humanity in truth and honesty of heart.
Although it’s not evil to analyse, scrutinize, and talk about the government or the mistakes of leadership but yet that won’t take us anywhere until somebody, you and me decides to take personal responsibility to serve our fatherland, contributing to the development of Nigeria at our various level, not by discrimination or segregation but by virtues – Hard work, Creativity, Dedication, Commitment, Perseverance, Diligence, Responsibility, Love, Strength, Faith, Peace, Patience, Unity and the likes as listed in our national anthem.

Therefore these ‘EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE’ are people who think more of their involvement than depending solely on the government. They don’t put blame on people even though they are the cause but they choose to take personal responsibility to improve on what is left behind. They are virtue driven people not ego driven people.
Yes our walls are broken down and our cities defenceless. Yes there had been rain and the earth took it to itself. Yes there had been occurrences, disasters and catastrophes that kept many wondering if Nigeria will ever be a peaceful place again. Yes there are facts to this end but the truth is Nigeria will be better again, but all of us have a part to play from our end.
Thus where are the Builders, Defenders, Developers, and Record Breakers?
Where are the Contributors, Distributors and not Impostors?
Where are The Impacters and Pacesetters?
Where are the Mantle Carriers not Title Bearers?
Where are the Vision Driven Applicants not Position Occupants?
Where are the Settled-men and women not just Gentlemen and Sexy-women?

#OneManOneWomanOneBigFamily Movement
What a wonderful afternoon of Sunday the 21st of August 2016; I was at the market to get some foodstuffs then something great happened, I heard in my spirit man this statement “One Man, One Woman, One Big Family. It used to be #OneManOneWoman&ThierChildren but changed that day and sealed with a covenant. When I saw the way it was impressed on my heart I quickly seek for a quiet place in that same market and documented it. I have never heard something this sweet in my life before.
I invested the next few days trying to analyse the content of what was imprinted on my mind and subsequently growing in the understanding of it.
I came to discover that #OneManOneWomanOneBigFamily is the structure that determines the strength, growth, and stability of the entity called Exceptional Nigeria.
Therefore #OneManOneWomanOneBigFamily is a movement with series of activities to keep the family together in peace and harmony and to make them run a successful family government.
